Where will my order be delivered?
Your order can be delivered to your home, office, or a designated pickup point, but not to a P.O. Box.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders usually arrive within 7-9 working days under normal conditions.
- During sales or busy periods, delivery may take 9-11 working days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Sometimes, there may be delays due to a high number of orders or verification processes.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
How much is the shipping cost?
A flat shipping fee of 200 PKR applies to orders below 5000 PKR within Pakistan.
Which courier service will deliver my order?
The courier service depends on your location and the type of shipment. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the courier details and tracking information.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
- If you’re not available, the courier will hold your order at their warehouse and call you for confirmation.
- They will attempt delivery twice.
- If the order is not received after two attempts, it will be returned to us.
